Position Summary

The Associate Project Manager reports to the Sr Director with a dotted line to the Sr Project Manager. This role works to maintain the accuracy of data in our system of record through contract management tasks and procedures and participating in quality improvement and change management projects. They will also onboard new partners, and initiate necessary implementation process steps for new vendors and integration changes across Data Services and Fortellis. 

Responsibilities

  • Manages Independent Software Vendor (ISV) lifecycle from Contracting and Onboarding through Implementation and Deployment as well as Cancellations, Terminations and Migrating 

  • Executes required storage procedures for executed contracts via DocuSign and wet-ink signed agreements, and maintains the integrity of our filing system 

  • Updates our system of record, Salesforce, with key data elements from executed contracts and documents such as: contract renewal terms, contract red lines and special terms, product pricing, and pricing as it displays in our DDX tool, etc. 

  • Manages all contract types such as: NDA, Amendment, Change Control, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Credit Approvals, and Fortellis agreements 

  • Raises awareness to appropriate stakeholders when there is conflicting, incomplete, or contradicting information in an executed agreement 

  • Point of contact for locating needed contracts for CDK’s legal, finance, and account director teams 

  • Provides input in regards to continuous improvement projects 

  • Requests and maintains CMF numbers for billing vendors across Data Services and Fortellis

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • Experience in a data services oriented business 

  • Familiarity with software tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, and JIRA 

  • Basic Salesforce navigation skills and understanding of functionality and apps 

  • Basic understanding of Partner Program processes and procedures across Data Services
