Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow or Leeds. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days per week in the office.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to develop their skills, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.

We will rely on you to:
- Assist in investigating and processing insurance claims
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Learn to assess claims validity and contribute to timely settlements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the team with exceptional customer service and assistance
What you need to have:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Someone who is articulate, confident with providing a first-class customer service experience and are curious to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
What makes you stand out:
- Prior insurance experience, although this is not essential as we are looking to recruit a talented individual with potential rather than experience
