What is this position about?
You will be working with a diverse of skilled Engineers dedicated to building robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure, immersed in the area of private investment banking.

As a CI/CD Specialist, you will take a hands-on approach in designing and managing cloud environments, leveraging your deep expertise in AWS services to implement secure and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, ensuring seamless integration of code quality and security scanning tools. With a strong focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), you will use Terraform to develop maintainable, version-controlled infrastructure. Your role will also involve optimizing AWS networking and security strategies, implementing best practices to safeguard sensitive data and systems.

Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will drive technical decision-making, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. In a dynamic environment, you will tackle complex challenges, implement creative solutions, and stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!

Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable software delivery.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging best practices to optimize security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Define and enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards using Terraform to ensure version-controlled and maintainable infrastructure deployments.
• Architect and enhance AWS networking and security strategies, implementing comprehensive solutions to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in DevOps.
• Lead initiatives to integrate security scanning and code quality enforcement into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in AWS services, focusing on secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD, including pipeline execution policies and integration of security and code quality tools.
• Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC), ensuring maintainable and version-controlled deployments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking and security mechanisms, with hands-on experience implementing comprehensive security strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration and technical excellence within teams.

What about languages? 

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 5+ years of experience in a DevOps position, with a strong track record in CI/CD and cloud infrastructure management.
