1) Leads in the preparation of the Business Reviews with Distributors / Aggregators and other external partners
2) With the collaboration with DT Visayas team, he/she develops and secures agreement on the business cycle plan including the weekly planning on KPI Achievements.
3) Trains the third-party agency sales personnel on the basic skills needed to achieve the Business Objectives.
4) Directly reports to the Regional Sales Manager / Senior Manager / AVP

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)
- At least 1-2 years experience in Fintech / FMCG Industry
- Has P&L understanding
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
