Job Description
As Change and Transformation Manager (m/f/d) - DEI you are responsible for interventions to change and strengthen the leadership culture along DT’s guiding principles and leadership anchors to shape and design future leadership at Deutsche Telekom. You will be designing global programs and interventions, consulting senior management and are responsible for stakeholder engagement on senior management level.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals to ensure sustainable effect of DE&I efforts
- Foster open and transparent communication around DEI initiatives, ensuring employees feel informed, engaged, and heard
- Review and update policies to ensure compliance and inclusivity
- Monitor DEI metrics, analyze data, and report progress to leadership
- Partner with external organizations to enhance DEI efforts
Qualifications
- Broad experience in classical project management and agile ways of working and collaboration
- Understanding of DEI frameworks, policies, and global standards
- Proven experience in change management and excellent communication skills
- Project management and analytical skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and organizational levels
