YOUR IMPACT
This role is a crucial link between order administration and sales specialists, focusing on efficiently processing quotes and driving straightforward deals to closure. The ideal candidate possesses a strong operational mindset and can streamline sales processes and remove obstacles for numerous transactions. This position involves handling new logos, expansion, and renewal sales, occasionally interacting with partner contacts. This role is customer-facing and complimentary to our sales specialists (who are tasked with complex enterprise deals with price negotiations and legal concerns).

Prepare contracts and quotes, including some with complex pricing.

Ensure customers understand what is needed to order or submit a PO.

Collaborate with customers to resolve sales issues and provide a path to closure.

Ensure email nurturing is sent promptly to move deals through the sales cycle.

Facilitate vendor registrations and documentation requirements.

Assist order admin and finance with customer invoicing issues.

Identify and engage potential contacts for stalled sales opportunities.

Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Handle many opportunities, emails, and phone calls with clear actions and closed-loop communications.
YOUR EXPERIENCE

2-3 years of experience in a sales administration or sales support role.

Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM.

Professional communication skills via phone and email (English proficiency required).

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Capacity to escalate issues and complex sales deals to senior team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Remove the blocker.

Exceptional reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
