What you'll be doing
As Casting Producer you'll be responsible for researching original, inspiring real life stories that will feature in our hit series and resonate with Truly’s passionate audiences across every platform. You'll be sourcing and researching original, inspiring real life stories to pitch to Senior Producer on a weekly basis.
You'll be setting up approved pitches with the Video Producer to book in shoots to hit tight schedules, developing bigger story ideas with the Senior Producer and Video Producer, pitching new ideas that will keep our series fresh and exciting, spotting and getting access to on-screen talent on a weekly basis, managing contributors and being across duty of care protocols and helping to write story descriptions/articles that accompany each video.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- A passion for casting and pitching previously untold amazing true stories.
- An understanding of different social media platforms' content and audience and a general passion for social media.
- The drive to succeed in a hugely creative, but pressurised, environment.
- Strong Organisational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of duty of care protocols.

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
This is a fixed term contract for 9 months with the possibility of being extended to 12 months.
