Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Assist in planning, analysing, and optimizing CRM cycles.
  • Develop and align CRM strategies with licensee needs.
  • Engage licensees with persuasive sales-led approaches.
  • Oversee the setup and configuration of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees.
  • Coordinate with product teams to understand business drivers.
  • Lead quarterly client discussions to review and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign objectives.
  • Provide client and market feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Lead discussions with customers on existing projects.
  • Analyse campaign performance using BI insights.
  • Prepare and present data-backed performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance offerings and improve builds.
  • Work closely with licensees, set up and run analyses of their activities, and generate new ideas.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager in the online casino industry for a minimum of 3 years, managing customer accounts and lifecycle campaigns, delivering exceptional customer loyalty and experiences, and utilizing CRM tools.
  • Have effective verbal and written communication skills, able to interact well with all levels of audience.
  • Possess strong presentation skills to pitch key selling points of features, products, and content to operators.
  • Have knowledge of Slots and Progressive games and what’s trending in the market.
  • Are adept at managing back-end configuration tools and processes.
  • Pay great attention to detail and can quickly assimilate, sort, and aggregate complex information.
  • Have knowledge of the Casino customer and the European customer landscape.
  • Exhibit creative thinking backed by analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, coordination, planning, and influencing skills.
  • Are self-driven and able to work at a high tempo pace in a dynamic organization.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive valuable, actionable insights.
  • Possess a strong sense of strategy and business acumen.
  • Passion for doing the right thing and embedding a data-driven approach across the organization.
  • Naturally curious and always eager to learn.
  • Proven ability to push projects to completion.
