Who we are 

As a CareDriver Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every CareDriver on the platform complies with national and local level policies, rules, and regulations. The highest compliance standards are required to ensure every HopSkipDrive passenger gets in the car with a fully vetted and qualified CareDriver. We do, and you will, support the business through the following responsibilities:


  • Ensure national and local regulatory compliance for all CareDriver activities, adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Perform compliance checks on CareDriver vehicles, including new and rental units, to uphold established safety regulations
  • Review and adjudicate CareDriver documentation, making informed decisions on deactivations in accordance with Community Guidelines
  • Oversee CareDriver account status, utilizing pausing, reactivation, and deactivation functionalities to maintain platform integrity
  • Provide direct support to CareDrivers through phone and email communication, collaborating with Support and Operations teams to resolve inquiries
  • Optimize operational efficiency by meeting and exceeding key performance metrics related to SLAs, quality, and decision-making speed
  • Advocate for customer safety and satisfaction by conducting thorough investigations, making decisive judgments, and providing educational guidance to riders and CareDrivers
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and meticulously document all investigations, decisions, and communications through detailed written reports

You’ll work on the front lines to maintain a healthy marketplace by ensuring compliance across the CareDriver community in multiple markets.   • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical, investigative, and organizational skills
  • Experienced with change management and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in technical tools including Tableau, Paperform, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support via phone/email is preferred

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $20 - $22hr. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
