About This Role:
Forrester’s Capture Operations Specialist ensures the seamless organization, maintenance, and accessibility of content and tools within the capture management office. This role supports capture and proposal activities by maintaining process adherence, organizing centralized repositories, and enhancing deliverables to improve clarity and impact. Success in this position involves direct contribution to the operational efficiency of capture and proposal efforts, supporting business growth and ensuring Forrester’s continued success in securing government contracts.
Job Description:
- Content management: Maintain and update the centralized content repository to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
- Process adherence: Support the enforcement of standard operating procedures, tracking compliance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Automation support: Assist in automating basic tasks such as formatting, compliance checks, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Graphic design and layouts: Create simple yet effective graphics and layouts to improve clarity and visual impact in proposals and presentations.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and report on team performance metrics, process adherence, and content effectiveness.
- Administrative support: Assist with the maintenance of software tools, databases, and document version control systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with capture managers, proposal managers, and other stakeholders to align deliverables with Forrester’s strategic goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with design tools and office software.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in process improvement and automation tools is a plus.
Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate’s primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.
Base salary range: $87,000 - $143,000
