At our location in Ferrara, Italy, we are looking for a
CAE Software Developer & Administrator (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Develop, customize and maintain the existing COMOS CAE database (Siemens product)
- Analyze and troubleshoot user reported issues within the database
- Implement improvements through development, coding, and testing based on assigned tasks
- Check the feasibility of new development requests including providing cost estimates
- Specify and implement concepts for new required features and interfaces with other systems (CPQ, ERP, E-CAD)
Profile

Bachelors degree in business informatics, information technology or
Bachelors degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or related field with experience in databases

Knowledge in working with databases

Very good scripting skills with SQL

Basic knowledge of the technical design and operation of pneumatic conveying and extrusion systems desirable

COMOS knowledge desirable

Analytical skills to understand and apply complex technical structures

Creative problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions for defined challenges

High level of accuracy and diligence

Collaborative team player with effective communication skills

Good written and spoken English and Italian

Basic knowledge of written and spoken German desirable
