1. Performs engineering analysis, disposition, bench verification and corrective action on low yield, maverick, and CI reject
lots.
2. Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on engineering issues such as low yield and maverick lots, CI rejects evaluation, test
program problems, hardware, and system related problems.
3. Performs qualification of the following:
4.1 New product
4.2 New test systems
4.3 New test software
4.4 New hardware
4. Interacts with other department concerning product-related issues.
5. Designs and modifies test systems and equipment as needed, to eliminate processing errors.
6. Submits weekly/monthly performance report.
7. Writes test/process specification in accordance with company documentation policies.
8. Issues specific product information for testing and processing.
9. Maintains and generates product documentation.
10. Initiates systems, procedures, and services for continuous improvement.
11. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Education/Experience
- Higher Diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent semicon experience
