What you’ll do:

• Guarantee the Raw Materials Supply Strategy to fulfill the Finish Good production
• Guarantee the Raw Materials Supply Strategy is aligned with the Inventory strategy of the site
• To negotiate, procure and schedule the best possible orders for all inventory and specials on a timely and planned basis.

Requires close working relationships with other key functions of the business unit as per example: Planning, Operations, Engineering and Quality Control

Who you are:

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Use of computer systems including MRP, MPS, SAP and Excel. Qlikview ,
• Negotiation Skills.
• Problem solving

Experience:

• Mapics / SAP / Other main frame system experience
• 2 years previous purchasing experience in a busy commercial environment, preferably Manufacturing

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
