Job Overview
Provide a business support service to the Lead Engineering Operations Manager and their team which delivers a high quality, effective and efficient day-to-day management of the business support function activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment including administration & onboarding
- On-site conduit between client & Ocado for day to day employee related issues
- First point of contact for payroll & general benefits administration for CFC
- Assist People Partner including
- Seoul office admin support eg. invoice handling, vendor communication
- Seoul office facility/lease management, asset management, communication
- General Administration for Seoul office in remote base
- Engineering Operations training administration and coordination
- Point of contact for Employee Engagement/comms and other global comms initiatives
- Visitors and assignees point of contact
- Assistance with mandatory filings
- Support HSE related work
- Administration of invoices and finance related support
- Timekeeping and monthly work hour calculation
- General admin support
- Any other business related requests from key stakeholders
- WORKING LOCATION : Busan, Mieum-dong, Kangseo-gu (강서구 국제물류센터, 미음동)
- This job requires biz-trip to Seoul office when required
Skills, Experience and Qualifications

- Experience of managing an office environment including administration, facilities management, finance, HR and HSE
- Experience of working in a fast paced and matrix management environment
- Fluency in Korean and English language (MUST, bilingual)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
- A pro-active, pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving
