As a Business Process Analyst, you will evaluate and validate data, calculate rebates, analyze contracts, communicate with customers, resolve chargeback claims, and ensure data accuracy while managing multiple accounts and processes.

In this role you will develop the skills necessary to complete the evaluation and validation of data, calculate rebates, and quantify your findings. You will also build and enhance your interpersonal skills that are necessary to build effective business relationships with your clients. Those skills are pertinent because as an analyst, you will be responsible for multiple accounts and processes and be responsible for the quality and efficiency of complex tasks.
Responsibilities:

o   Evaluates data by searching for trends and understanding the financial terms of the contracts.

o   Analyze contracts and other documents, perform quality assurance checks on data, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a customer.

o   Research and resolve Chargeback claims.

o   Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes.

o   Validate appropriate data from internal and third-party systems and ensure appropriate course of action is being pursued.

o   Track job completion and manage deadlines.

o   Provides support to team members.

o   Assists with training projects.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

o   Bachelor Degree in finance, business, statistics, math or related area required.

o   Possess strong computer capabilities including word processing, spreadsheet and database entry. (Word, Excel, SQL)

o   Possess strong inter-personal communication skills, both verbal and written.

o   Possess strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

o   Participates productively as a member of team and completes tasks beyond general support level.

o   Identifies, prioritizes and resolves issues independently, and escalates more complex questions or issues appropriately.

o   Ability to manage tasks and assignments without detailed direction.

o   Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules and related and legal regulations

o   Experience with the following is preferred but not required:

o   Chargeback Adjudication

o   Membership and Eligibility determinations

o   Prescription Rebate Processing

o   Pharmacy Benefit Management

o   Managed Health Care

o   Medicaid Drug Rebate Program

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $59,400.00 - $99,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
