What is our proposal?

The Business Operations Analyst will contribute and support our teams and management, ensuring timely updates of current operations, key data points and activities. This position is a vital role in growing and scaling our operations, ensuring alignment on metrics and indicators related to the sales and customer service needs.

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Lead special projects to guarantee operational excellence in different departments.
• Improve already existing systems and monitor team results and performance KPIs
• Track and analyze key metrics of the organization, and deliver regular insights to the business.
• Develop and support projections of forecasts
• Own data to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced

• BA in Business Admin, Economics, Engineering.
• +2/3 years of experience in a business operational environment.
• Excellent Analytical skills (advanced Excel user and comfortable with Data Visualisation tools).
• Fluent in English
• Experience in dynamic & fast-paced environments.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with BI tools.
• Previous experience in Customer-centric environments.
