General Description:
In the dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, we are seeking a
skilled Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development of business
intelligence strategies. This role is crucial for transforming complex data
into actionable insights that drive efficient and strategic operational
decisions. The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical skills in BI and
machine learning with a focus on leadership and data strategies tailored to BPO
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. BI and Data Analysis in BPO Context with Power BI (50%)
- Implement BPO-specific BI solutions using Power BI, focusing on process optimization and operational efficiency improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to facilitate quick understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to BPO operations.
- Ensure data is translated into clear, applicable insights, enabling swift and effective decisions in an ever-changing BPO environment.
- Implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline BI processes.
2. Machine Learning with a Focus on NLP and Classification (15%)
- Apply machine learning techniques, particularly in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and classification, to analyze and interpret complex data patterns in the BPO industry.
- Develop models that can classify and predict trends based on customer interactions and operational data, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning.
3. Strategic Data Management (35%)
- Develop a strategic data management vision aligned with BPO objectives, focusing on operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
- Serve as a crucial liaison between the technology and operational teams, ensuring data insights are relevant, actionable, and leveraged for continuous BPO operation improvements.
Qualifications:
- > 2 years of Extensive experience in Business Intelligence, adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable operational strategies. BPO is a plus.
- >2 years of Expertise in Power BI, ETL tools, advanced SQL, Power Automate, and Python.
- Specific experience in NLP and classification algorithms using machine learning (desirable)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies are a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
- Master degree or equivalent in Data management or similar (is a plus).
