The Business Enablement Operations Lead will play a critical hands-on role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with the implementation of Operational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, and tracking the progress of business system projects. This individual contributor position is key to ensuring smooth operational execution and assisting in system integrations and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in business operations within the medical device industry, with a focus on neuromodulation, and will be able to manage multiple projects, coordinate with various departments, and drive operational improvements in real time.
General Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for day-to-day business operations across multiple departments (manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, sales, etc.), ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Operational Change Management (OCM): Support the stand-up of OCM efforts, assisting in the planning and execution of changes to business processes, systems, or workflows. Help communicate and drive employee engagement through process and system changes.

Digital Transformation Management: Assist in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, helping the organization move towards more digital-first workflows, connected platforms, and automation tools. Ensure that digital initiatives align with business goals and operational needs.

Connected Platforms and Systems Integration: Lead and support the integration of connected platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, IoT systems) to enhance business efficiency. Oversee system deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.

Digital Operations Optimization: Identify and lead initiatives to digitize operational business processes, improving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. Foster the adoption of digital tools (e.g., project management software, data analytics platforms) across teams.

Project Management and Coordination: Track the progress business system projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage any issues or risks that arise in these initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, Platform, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business system projects and digital transformation efforts.

Training, Support, and Documentation: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials related to new digital tools and systems. Ensure proper documentation is available for users to maximize the adoption and efficient use of new platforms.

Business Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital operations and project success. Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and efficiency gains in digital operations.
Skills and Experience:

5+ years of industry experience, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or technology sectors, with at least 3 years working with stakeholders in senior management roles.

Proven experience in leading and managing business system integration projects (ERP, CRM, connected platforms, etc.) and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of how digital tools connected platforms, and automation can optimize business operations.

Extensive experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Familiarity with regulatory standards specific to the medical device industry (FDA, ISO 13485).
Education:

Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Operations Management, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay Transparency:

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 annual salary, plus discretionary bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location and are awarded based on experience.
