The Position:
As a member of the BDR team, coupled with our award-winning marketing team, you'll be the driving force behind YCharts' sales success - and you'll reap the rewards. If you like the fintech/financial services industry, enjoy sales, and are competitive by nature, we really want to talk to you!
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Generate and qualify leads through phone/email outreach
  • Connect qualified prospects with Account Executives
  • Guide prospects through the sales process
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training


Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sales experience with cold/warm calling
  • Fintech or financial advisory industry knowledge preferred
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to impress and delight
  • Strong drive and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $55,000
  • OTE: $75,750
    • 5% Discretionary annual SMART bonus
    • Uncapped commission pay
