We are seeking rising college seniors who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join an exciting 10-week summer internship experience starting June 9th, 2025. As an early career professional, you will be part of a paid internship program that will include a robust learning and training curriculum, mentorship from employees in your selected field, access to senior leaders, and more. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.

Business Development Intern
With a key focus on communication, execution and optimization, the ideal candidate will support the overall Partnership team goal of generating new revenue streams and scale across the Condé Nast portfolio via third party partnerships. This individual is detail oriented, strategic, and comfortable working closely with several different teams across the organization and outside of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.

Analyze business models, customer behaviors, and potential partnership opportunities.

Assist in preparing market reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Evaluate potential business expansion areas and conduct SWOT analyses.

Support the business development team in identifying and assessing new growth opportunities.

Monitor and track industry news, competitors analysis, and do market research

Synthesize findings into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.

Identify key metrics to assess business performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Hourly pay: $25/hr
