Job Description:
Role Summary
To lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand and marketing strategies, manage partnerships and CSR initiatives, and ensure effective resource allocation and performance tracking, driving holistic marketing practices while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Job Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution
-
Establish and lead sound marketing practices, align marketing activities with enterprise brand strategy, develop and execute partnership and affinity marketing strategies, and create comprehensive marketing campaigns across all stages of the marketing funnel.
2. Brand Management
-
Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, manage brand assets and creative development, and conduct brand health tracking and analysis.
3. Planning and Resource Management
-
Develop a holistic view of marketing, manage overall marketing budget and resource allocation, track KPIs for marketing efforts, and align with corporate, regional, and local marketing priorities.
4. Corporate Social Responsibility
-
Plan and implement CSR initiatives, build relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
5. Client Value Proposition and Digital Marketing
-
Define and execute Client Value Proposition, drive revenue growth through innovative offerings, and lead digital and content marketing efforts including SEO/SEM activities and client digital platform management.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
-
Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop cohesive brand/marketing strategies

Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaign execution

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management and organizational skills
