Our mission: to enable businesses to grow and reimagine themselves by becoming advocates and champions for their Customers. With deep heritage and expertise in retail – one of the world’s most competitive markets, with a deluge of multi-dimensional data – dunnhumby today enables businesses all over the world, across industries, to be Customer First.

dunnhumby employs nearly 2,500 experts in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas working for transformative, iconic brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro.

As part of our an ambitious growth strategy, one of our key priorities is to build a new business, focused on helping CMOs and other marketing leaders identify new sources of demand, build compelling brands and activate with precision. We’ll bring together our unparalleled data and science with new data sets and capabilities to create scalable, technology-enabled solutions to serve both established brands leaders and emerging insurgents.
We’re looking for an energetic and creative senior leader to be a Brand Growth Manager to help to shape and grow this exciting start up. Working alongside the Director, Consumer Driven Growth, you will be responsible for building and sustaining client demand. This will encompass initiating and building relationships with CPG marketing leaders and driving a programme of awareness raising and credibility building to create market interest.
In addition to this, we’re a small team in start-up phase and you will be expected to use your expertise in the consumer goods industry to shape our strategy and our evolving set of solutions

What you’ll be working on

· Be the commercial driver of the new business. Work with the Director – Consumer Driven Growth to agree and deliver a multi-year revenue growth plan. Define a profitable commercial framework for each solution

· Be the relationship engine. Identify and prioritise key purchasers and influencers in consumer goods companies. Build and maintain relationships with these key people. Manage a team of client success leads to ensure satisfaction through day-to-day delivery

· Keep us focused on current and evolving client needs. Understand the needs of our target clients and engage them around our most appropriate solutions. Drive penetration of new solutions, tailor specific offers as required and drive a plan to scale solutions within and across clients. Identify emerging and unmet client needs and feed them back to the CPG solutions team to fuel ongoing innovation

· Create an external voice for our business. Drive a plan to drive awareness and credibility of the new CPG offer through a programme of IP, external events and publications

· Using industry knowledge and client feedback to input to the continual evolution of pour strategy and product roadmap

What we expect from you

· You will have a thorough understanding of the consumer goods industry, gained with a manufacturer or with an agency, ideally with a focus on marketing. You will have a passion for the power of data and insight to drive better decisions – you’ll care about seeing clients act and deliver better results

· You will have the ambition to build a new business from idea stage. You will understand how to make the tricky transition from an idea to a live business.

· We need someone who has a relentless focus on identifying purchasers and influencers and finding ways to reach them, through internal and external networks. You will need the credibility to engage with C Suite leaders, to think on your feet and shape solutions from within our toolkit. You will have the experience and creativity to present as a thought leader.

· You will be a sounding board and thought partner for the BU lead in continuing to shape IP and solutions. You have a restless imagination and enjoy debate around new ideas. We need someone who takes ideas and thinks ‘how do we make this bigger’
