Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

  • Work under the Design Team Lead to ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Create compelling designs for email marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop assets that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Refine and iterate on designs based on performance insights and feedback.
  • Contribute to and collaborate with fellow designers on design concepts and the brand experience.
  • Execute design and conceptual tasks as assigned with significant attention to detail.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Creative, Marketing, or Graphic Designer (preferably in an e-commerce or product-focused company).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing design and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Figma (a must-have!).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator—After Effects is a plus).
  • Experience with print design (magazines, company events, billboards, etc.) is a plus but not a must.
  • Strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
  • Strong design, color, and composition abilities.
  • Proficient in English.

Base salary: 80,000 - 90,000 $ annually
