We are hiring a Brand Designer Manager/Art Director for our Brand Identity Team in São Paulo!

We’re looking for a hybrid Brand Designer who is both an Art Director and Designer, ready to bring a mix of creativity and leadership to our team at Wellhub. In this role, you will help shape and evolve the visual identity of Wellhub, making it a strong and recognizable brand among our stakeholders. YOUR IMPACT

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Campaign Creation & Art Direction

  • Developing and leading campaigns while guiding the art direction across various projects.

Production of Visual Material:

  • Primarily creating visual content in digital format, with occasional print materials.

Innovative Design Solutions:

  • Proposing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to consistently elevate the quality of our design work.

Multi-Channel Visual Development:

  • Crafting creative and compelling visuals tailored for a global audience across various channels, such as social media, blog posts/design, banners, website, emails, videos, paid ads, posters, etc.

Photography and Video Direction:

  • Directing photo or video shoots in collaboration with external agencies or freelancers to ensure high-quality output.

Collaborative Brainstorming:

  • Actively participating in brainstorming sessions with the team to generate new ideas and strategies.

Industry Trends Research:

  • Staying informed about industry trends to introduce relevant, innovative, and original ideas that align with Gympass's goals.

Brand Guide Adherence:

  • Thoroughly understanding and effectively conveying the established brand guide through all marketing materials to maintain a consistent visual identity.

Timely and On-Brief Delivery:

  • Ensuring the delivery of creative assets that are on brief, on time, on brand, and effectively communicate the intended messages outlined by marketing, internal stakeholders, and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive Design Experience:

  • A solid track record of work experience as a designer, ideally in agency or start-up environments, is highly preferred.

Tool Proficiency:

  • Mastery of design tools such as Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canvas.

Digital Platform Optimization:

  • Understanding how to optimize content across various digital platforms, including social media, video, and web.

Diverse Design Skills:

  • Experience in different areas of design, including mobile, video, and motion, is a valuable asset.

Storytelling Acumen:

  • Deep understanding of written storytelling strategy to create engaging visual narratives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, assimilate feedback, and maintain a flexible, friendly, and positive demeanor.

Project Management Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Results-Oriented Mindset:

  • A results-oriented problem-solving mindset to translate company business goals into impactful design solutions.

Language:

  • Proficient in both written and verbal English at an advanced level.
