We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Management System (BMS) Engineer with expertise in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in BMS, ELV systems, and related automation technologies. The role involves project execution, system design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS and ELV systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain BMS and ELV systems, including access control, CCTV, fire alarm, public address, and other related subsystems.
- Manage project execution from planning to commissioning, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Perform system integration, configuration, and programming of BMS and ELV devices.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues on-site.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc Engineering-Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics.
- Experience: at least 4-5 years (within the automation industry)
