Join our brand-new Team for the world’s largest online retailer!

We offer you to join our exceptional team of multilingual Customer Service Coordinators (backoffice) for the leading E-commerce company in the world. The role requires work from our office in Sofia, Varna or Burgas.

Your TASKS

  • Providing business to business seller verification checks in the system
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy on the approved cases
  • Focus on efficient resolution of all queries with a strong emphasis on time management
  • Maintaining superior performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.

  • Excellent command of written Dutch language and comprehension (B2-C1)
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Desire to help customers and contribute to the team's success
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and goal oriented
