What you’ll do & Who you are
We are seeking an experienced B2B Copywriter - Digital Content (d/f/m) to join our team in Berlin.
You will play an important role in developing and executing digital marketing communications across a variety of digital platforms. This includes creating compelling copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
You are a strategic thinker with experience in turning complex B2B concepts into clear, concise and engaging content tailored to our target audience. You will report to the Head Of Retention Marketing.
This is a hybrid role, our office is based in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
Your Role:

Create high-quality, engaging B2B content across digital channels including landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, social media, whitepapers, case studies and more.

Translate complex B2B concepts and technical information into clear, persuasive copy that resonates with business professionals and decision-makers.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand key objectives and ensure content aligns with overall business goals.

Application and shaping of a consistent brand voice and messaging across all written content while tailoring the tone and style for different audience segments.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure content is visually compelling and optimized for digital engagement.

Develop and execute content plans and editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across multiple digital platforms.

Analyze content performance through analytics tools, track key metrics such as engagement and conversion rates, and continuously refine content strategies based on insights.

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.

Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B content trends, digital marketing practices, and industry developments to keep content relevant and competitive.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

Min. 4+ years experience in B2B content writing, copywriting, or content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency for specific audiences on digital platforms.

Ability to create content that resonates with B2B audiences, including senior executives and decision-makers in the various industries, with an understanding of what drives engagement and conversion. Ideally experience in attracting target audiences within automotive industry.

A creative mindset with a strategic approach to content marketing.

Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
