Your mission

Brand strategy & development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand positioning and market share
  • Localize and adapt global brand strategies to align with market trends and consumer preferences
  • Define and manage brand messaging, visual identity, and key communications across all channels

Profit management

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and ensure sustainable business growth
  • Optimize pricing strategies, discount structures, and promotional plans to enhance revenue and margin
  • Work closely with Finance and sales team to forecast and manage budget allocation efficiently

Product marketing & innovation

  • Lead go- to -market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotional planning
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumers insights, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with R&D and global teams to provide input on local product needs and innovations.

Retail & trade marketing

  • Drive in-store marketing initiatives, including merchandising, pos materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with retailers to maximize brand presence and sales performance.

Digital & Ecommerce marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies including social media,  influencer marketing, SEO, paid media and CRM
  • Develop E- commerce growth strategies, optimizing online sales channels and digital touchpoints
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and customer journey data to optimize campaigns

Performance Analysis & Budget management

  • Monitor key marketing KPIs, sales performance, and ROI to optimize strategies and investments
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness
