Your role:

• You will develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using FlaUI and Robot Framework, leveraging C# and Python for test automation.
• You will ensure comprehensive testing of Lab Diagnostics instruments, validating functionality, performance, and reliability.
• You will integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with developers to enhance software quality.
• You will investigate and document software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• You will drive continuous improvement in test automation strategies, optimizing frameworks, tools, and testing methodologies.
• You will analyze test results, generate reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your expertise:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in test automation and software validation.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and SDLC integration.
• Experience with Lab Diagnostics instruments and familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in clinical laboratory environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a proven ability to identify, document, and resolve software defects effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business needs with a willingness to be on-site up to 50% and travel up to 25% as needed.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $139,800 - Max $209,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
