Career opportunity: Graduate Program – ATM Operations
We are currently offering an opportunity in ΑΤΜ Operations, a core business unit ensuring that our ATM services are at high quality levels, required for our customers.
Responsibilities you will be involved with:
- ATM network monitoring to ensure operations optimization and uneventful transactions.
- Be part of the support team for the on-site engineers/technicians and guide them in resolving daily issues, while meeting target service level agreements (SLAs).
- Cooperate with the sales team regarding network maintenance and new installations.
- Communicate with clients as needed.
- Organize and monitor ATM inventory and relevant data (back office).
Studies and knowledge required:
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
