Part of the Supply Chain family, Procurement is responsible for over 30B Euro of material and services spend globally with more than 60,000 suppliers. Getting the right services and materials, sustainably sourced and ensuring responsible procurement is critical to ensuring our brands with purpose grow. Our teams work closely with the business to understand stakeholders needs, bring innovation to meet changing consumer, employees and customer’s needs, and drive financial value for Unilever through competitive buying. We’re at the forefront of digital procurement, bringing new tools and analytics to drive data-based decisions.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Driving the Traceability Agenda for PCR:
-
Ensure 100% traceability at PCR supplier level globally.

Develop alternate methodologies for traceability at the converter level with available market options.
Responsible Partner Policy (RPP):
-
Onboard and update the status of all existing and new suppliers in tier 1 and tier 2.

Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate effectively.
-
Proficient in supplier negotiation and onboarding new vendors.
-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively.
-
Minimum 5 years in procurement and supply chain.

Experienced in material forecasting, strategic planning, and managing volumes and prices.
PCR Forecasting:
-
Conduct quarterly forecasting of PCR volumes and price trends.
-
Reconcile the forecast numbers and price trends with past cycles.

Prepare forecast presentations and gather comments from the global PCR and finance team for timely closure of forecast cycle.

Prepare volume & cost CoC, YoY comparison with category splits and impacts for each forecast cycle.

Perform comparisons vs targets at every quarter and review with stake holders.

Update scorecards (global & regional) after each FC.
Support Sustainable BG (Business Group) Leads:

Assist in the adaptation of automation projects in PCR.
Value Chain Intervention (VCI) Projects:

Support the team in projects related to recyclability materials availability for respective BGs.
Digitization, MIS Reports Execution:
-
Provide timely MIS reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with volume/price insights.

Adopt automation / digitization of PCR projects – shifting away from manual processes.
Collaboration with External Parties:

Collaborate with suppliers, converters, and certification agencies to adopt common practices on policy and data security.
