Associate Software Engineer

We are looking for a Associate Software Engineer to assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using Laravel and Python. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience in backend development, databases, and front-end technologies, with a keen interest in learning and adapting to new tools and frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Laravel or Python.
• Support the development of scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.
• Learn and integrate AI-powered tools into development workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Laravel or Python (at least one is required).
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different work environments.
• Awareness of AI tools and their potential applications in software development.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with fullstack development projects (internships, academic, or freelance).
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with Git, Docker, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies.
