Lumistry is seeking a skilled and proactive Associate Salesforce Administrator to provide productive system administration support for both internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments. This role involves assisting in the management of customized applications, managing user permissions, and optimizing functionality with Salesforce out-of-box functions, custom objects, flows to fulfill business needs. This is a hybrid role out of our headquarters in Austin, TX.

Description of Job Duties:

  • Support Salesforce operations by managing user requests and providing timely and effective assistance to end-users across departments. 
  • Assist in developing and deploying configurations and automations using Salesforce's built-in tools to improve efficiency and support business workflows.
  • Support Sales and Orders activities, including Sales opportunities review and adjustment, billing setup, opportunity approvals, and month-end tasks to ensure alignment with company timelines.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated packages (e.g., Conga, Vonage, Formstack), to help ensure streamlined operations.
  • Support high data quality standards by conducting regular data audits and cleanup, assisting with enrichment initiatives.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, including user setup and permissions within Salesforce and associated applications.
  • Support applications across all environments, including user requests, system configurations, QA, and deployment, with a focus on maintaining system stability and quality.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and help translate requirements into Salesforce solutions that support operations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in office presence by being on site on required dates and additional days as needed based on project timelines or company events.
  • Ensure full engagement during business hours, working independently without direct supervision

Requires Education, Experience and Special Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administor, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) are a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and along with advanced Excel skills to support reporting and data uploading tasks.
  • General understanding of the full lifecycle processes in Salesforce Sales and Service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and business partners.

Other Information About This Job:

  • This position is an in office role and is based out of our HQ in Austin, TX requiring at least 2 days in office per week
