What We DoFirst American’s Vacation Ownership Services Division is looking for an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is well-organized and manages time wisely. The candidate will provide support to Division department’s by assisting with customer service and administrative duties.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, process and scan mail documents to appropriate recipients.
  • File and store original recordables per retention guidelines.
  • Process returned mail according to division procedures.
  • Process outgoing mail according to division procedures.
  • Receive/Post checks and update files accordingly.
  • Assist the Customer Service team by handling incoming call overflow during surge periods.

What You'll Bring

  • Customer service, office/administrative, call center or industry-related real estate background is helpful

Salary Range: $15.67 - $20.89 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
