Come join First American, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add an Associate Escrow Assistant to our Centralized Services team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.
This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days per week in-office at one of the following locations:
1300 Higgins Road, Suite 101, Park Ridge, IL
8707 West 95th Street, Hickory Hills, IL
Depending on your office location, some travel between nearby offices may be required.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers; answer and direct incoming phone calls; receive, sort and route mail
- Assist in the escrow process which may include opening orders, inputting closing statement information, reviewing and processing documents received from customers, preparing documents for closing, assisting in scheduling closings
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
- Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

Pay Range: $17.25 - $22.98 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
