About the Role

You are a mid-level social strategist with a strong understanding of how brands operate and grow in the modern world. You have experience working on brands across multiple categories and verticals. You are comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment. You have a deep understanding of the social space across paid, organic and partnerships. You constantly try to explore what’s next in the world of brand building. You are an integrator at heart with a team mindset and work well in blended environments. You know what’s trending on TikTok and the latest in brand sponsorships and events. You are a strategist at heart with a creative mindset and are just as comfortable providing a platform recommendation as you are a creative idea.

What You’ll Do

  • Be part of an integrated team between organic and paid social to build cohesive, end-to-end strategies for a large, technology client

  • Dive deep into a particular vertical to become an expert and bring ideas to life within that vertical across multiple campaigns

  • Balance a strategy and creative mindset to not only bring ideas related to platform, content type and best practice but also the creative idea that will populate them

  • Build strategies from the ground up including developing goals and KPIS, platform approaches, content pillars, media mixes, measurement frameworks and creative ideas

What You’ll Need

  • 5-7 years of experience at agencies

  • Proven experience in social media strategy on big name brands

  • Proven successful collaboration with creative teams

  • Strong client management skills, ability to present to and manage clients

  • Knows how work with media experts with focus on the integration of paid and organic social media

  • Effective written and verbal communications skills. Ability to write and deliver persuasive presentations is critical

  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret ongoing research and media reports, guide and partner with social media experts to inform communications recommendations

  • Technology sector experience a plus

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range

$75,000$180,000 USD
