Job Description
The Position
Responsible for preparing statutory reports, government reports and compliance in finance processing for Hong Kong, Indonesia and Philippines, but not limited to other Asia Pacific countries. This role will include to liaise with consultants, external auditor and shared service center in finance processing and preparation of financial reports, internal and external audit and government reports.
Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting, Reporting and Internal Controls

Manage the financial accounting process by collaborating with Global Delivery Operations which includes Accounts to Report, Source to Settle, Order to Cash, Intercompany and Master Data.

Manage cash flow to meet the organization’s needs.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of Financial Statements in accordance with accounting principles (US GAAP local GAAP) and local regulatory requirements which includes statutory reporting to IDX/OJK and treasury reporting to Central Bank (Indonesia and Philippines).

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.

Liaise with corporate secretary for IDX/OJK required reporting and meetings.
Tax Compliance and Dispute Management

Liaise with tax cluster manager in tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations.

Tax disputes management which includes preliminary refund, tax audits and objections.

Liaise with global tax team for Transfer Pricing documentations.
Team Leadership and Development

Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continues improvement.

Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Preferably holding Brevet A & B, and C.

Proven experience in accounting operations, with a minimum of 10 years, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industry.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism.

Team player with strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to operate independently and navigate through change or uncertainty.

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes.
