Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

As an Associate Customer Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients not only achieve their desired outcomes using our platform but also receive unparalleled support and service. So as one of the vital heroes in the customer experience lifecycle, you will partner with businesses to work through obstacles, set and achieve goals, and find potential and value for them as they use BambooHR products. 

Now let’s talk about a day in the life of Customer Success. You will:

  • Meet with clients to work through concerns and absolutely obsess over their success
  • Consult and recommend ways to improve usage and increase value from BambooHR features, products, or integrations
  • Do proactive outreach such as business reviews
  • Respond urgently to high-risk customer scenarios or escalations, and focus on those with low adoption
  • Research root-cause of unique or systemic opportunities to improve the overall experience
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to respond to urgent concerns and influence long-term solutions

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 1-3 years of customer experience, customer service or equivalent experience
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Type 50 WPM
  • You’re an organizational wizard and can quickly adapt to changing priorities 
  • You’re a calming voice to customers and can keep a cool head in heated situations
  • You’re comfortable making decisions without a lot of direction, but also understand when to pull in other resources
  • You can think critically and creatively through unique situations
  • You maintain an empathetic and positive attitude and a strong desire to delight our customers
