The Associate Contract & Payment Analyst role will fit someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and enjoys project work. You will work in a fast-paced Health Care Professional/Health Care Organization Services environment, interacting with different customer types across Medtronic. A key aspect to this role is the ability to bring cross-functional teams together, collaborating and aligning standard business practices that drive effective decisions and positive outcomes. This is a remote position based in Bogota.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Receive and process requests to create contract records, partnering with legal department for the creation of U.S. and International HCP consulting agreements and other contract needs
- Process invoices, check requests and other billing requirements
- Perform audits on incoming requests
- Communicate effectively to internal and external customers via phone, email and systems
- Maintain up-to-date departmental policies and procedures and perform various projects as assigned, gathering, collecting, recording, tracking and verifying data and information from multiple sources
- Design processes to enhance workflow, working individually or with a team in recommending action and managing projects to completion
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, with 1-2 years of experience working with contracts or in a contract-related role
- Previous customer service experience with reporting and analytics in the medical devices industry preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP and the U.S. Sunshine Act
