Job Description:
- Identify key priority areas that drive product sales growth and competitive edge focusing on: i) System (e.g. provide data to lead, incentive strategy); ii) People (e.g. coaching behavior); iii) Customer (e.g. customer understanding, segmentation); iv) Structure (e.g. territory alignment, sales force sizing).
- Develop Commercial Excellence strategy for business and market, utilizing regional support
- Incentive strategy & planning
- Conduct the training need analysis, design the training concepts, conduct and evaluate the course program for the sales representatives
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support Sales Team to narrow down the sales performance gap.
- Co-ordinate with Sales Force to implement Commercial Excellence program, covering sales planning & implementation
- Partnering with HR to ensure effective implementation of learning into daily practice in order to enhance relevant sales force competencies.
- Support Tender Specialist to manage Tender process and tracking (Tender management)
- Support CRM Admin to manage CRM system and optimize functions aligned with Global Commercial Excellence strategy to execute CE strategies.
Job requirement:
- University Degree, in medicine or pharmacy is a plus.
- At least 3-year experience in training/coaching or 2 years in Commercial Excellence position in MNC
