Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies with clear timelines, ensuring seamless execution across all stages.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful and visually appealing marketing assets, delivered on time and within budget.
- Integrate sponsorship opportunities into campaign plans to deliver value for the platform, users, and partners.
- Leverage customer insights and market trends to create campaigns that are highly relevant and engaging.
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing user behavior and preferences to improve resonance and performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and strategies for future optimizations.
- Design and execute omni-channel marketing plans that maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Align campaigns with in-app experiences and promotions to create a seamless customer journey.
- Work closely with product, UX, and tech teams to integrate campaigns with app features, promotions, and updates.
- Support commercial teams by developing media solutions and sponsorship strategies that strengthen partnerships and deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and how to integrate digital and in-app strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.
- Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
