We’re looking for a motivated, driven individual for an immediate hire position as an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support our senior management team in daily operations, team leadership, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with organizing, planning, and executing company strategies.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Support hiring efforts, including recruiting and interviewing new team members.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise employees to drive performance and productivity.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Assist with scheduling, goal setting, and tracking performance metrics.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Help manage inventory, supplies, and operational needs.
- Provide support for special projects and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred, but not required).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.
