We are excited to be advertising a new role for a Dentsu Sports Analytics Assistant.

We are part of Dentsu Sports International, a newly formed global sports network comprised of MKTG Sports & Entertainment and Dentsu Sports, a leading sports rights holder including federations, leagues, events, teams, and venues.
As an Analytics Assistant we look to you to support the DSA ( Dentsu Sports Analytics) team with a focus on market intelligence and trends in the industry.
Working across a range of projects you support on a range of projects sourcing data and insights. You are instrumental in supporting the high performance of our Insights Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Insights & Analysis:
- Work with exec to keep market intelligence up to date and support across market intelligence and data.
- Support on the analysis of digital and social media listening.
- Support on set up and analysis of market research surveys.
- Compile broadcast data from multiple sources.
- Source data for the population of dashboards.
- Source data for competitor and marketplace analysis.
- Provide analysis of TV and social brand exposure.
- Ability to undertake basic analysis of audience insight tools - CCS, YouGov, GWI.
- Support on basic survey software e.g. snap to be implemented for clients.
- Support on collation of data for valuations and materials required for projects.
- Populate dashboards and support on the collation of data for visualisation.
Client Servicing/Account Management:
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients when working on their projects.
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to client requests for information, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the network in order to deal with their requests.
- Attend and coordinate client meetings and updates.
- Develop an understanding of a client's businesses, how they make money and the role of sponsorships within their business.
Project Management:
- Support the team with all aspects of client research and projects, from basic admin to project support.
- Participate in and help to provide information for creative brainstorms where required across the MKTG S&E team.
- Work with the team on delivering multiple successful and profitable client projects whilst exceeding brief expectations / objectives.
- Ensure that projects are undertaken and delivered on time.
Administration:
- Understand the processes across legal and finance and be in a position to support where required.
- Complete timesheets and other day to day admin tasks timely and accurately.
Culture & Values:
- Support managers in agency culture initiatives.
- Support our culture and values targets by involving yourself in the planning and delivery of culture and value initiatives.
Business Growth:
- Assist and help where required on new business opportunities in both the insight team and wider MKTG S&E team.
Marketing:
- Support the agency marketing plan with data and insights.
Self-Development:
- Proactively take interest in industry news and share knowledge / the latest with the wider team.
- Seek out and actively learn new skills (through relevant training, webinars etc.) to develop and increase knowledge.
- Plan and agree short- and long-term goals with your line manager, drive your own career development.
