As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance and support to team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any technical issues or concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
