Job Responsibilities:

Conduct reviews and evaluation of Third-Party arrangements for compliance to MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing and Notice 658.

Prepare materials for Third-Party Risk Management Committee and Risk Management Committee meetings.

Assist in addressing stakeholders’ queries on Third-Party Risk Management Framework.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all third-party risk management activities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to third-party risk management.
Job Requirements:

Recognised degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent

Minimum 1 years of Risk Management experience

Candidate with no experience but with relevant banking industry internships may also be considered.

Experience in using in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel). Proficiency in Excel VBA is preferred but not mandatory.

Good coordination and collaborating skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders

Good understanding of the Commercial Bank business and operating model

Other qualities sought include good written English, strong analytical and excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
