Propósito

  • Brindar el soporte requerido para el sostenimiento y evolución permanente del sistema de mejora continua en la(s) línea(s) de negocio asignada(s)

Personas

  • Desarrollar entrenamientos de inducción, recurrentes, de refuerzo o específicos relacionados con solución de problemas y herramientas de mejora, liderazgo lean, según el plan de entrenamiento establecido.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con el equipo de la estación.

Satisfacción del Cliente

  • Apoyar los ejercicios de análisis de causa raíz en la investigación de quejas o reclamos de clientes.
  • Guiar y dar asistencia técnica a las personas de la estación sea requerido.

Proceso

  • Realizar trabajo de campo cuando se requiera con el objetivo de estandarizar procesos, levantar información, analizar un problema, etc.
  • Buscar permanentemente alternativas para mejorar los procesos, utilizando los sistemas / herramientas establecidas por HDQ.
  • Soportar la ejecución del plan maestro anual para la implementación de la estrategia de mejora continua HDQ.
  • Realizar auditorías internas en las locaciones asignadas para verificar el nivel de madurez del sistema de mejora continua.
  • Hacer seguimiento al avance y cierre de las acciones correctivas resultantes de las auditorías internas de Mejora Continua
  • Dar soporte en los proyectos/iniciativas de mejora que se requieran a nivel local.
