Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « ALT 2025 - Apprenti(e) en Formation et Développement des Compétences pour le département Services Clients (All Gender) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse - Blagnac.  

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département Académie & Transformation (SYT) en charge de l’accompagnement des collaborateurs du Service Client vers les compétences de demain.  

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2025 pour une durée de 2 ans.  

Tâches et responsabilités:
- Contribuer à l'innovation dans le développement des compétences  
- Effectuer une veille sur les tendances de l'industrie aéronautique et les compétences futures  
- Soutenir la gestion de projets avec nos universités partenaires  
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action pour relever les défis de compétences identifiés  
- Contribuer à la mise à jour du catalogue de métiers, compétences et formations du Service Client  

Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac +4 ou Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines (RH) ou en Ingénierie, avec un fort intérêt pour la Formation et le Développement, pour un apprentissage de 2 ans.  

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :  
- Intérêt pour la formation et le développement des compétences  
- Capacité d'analyse et esprit de synthèse  
- Aisance en communication et travail en équipe  
- Maîtrise des outils numériques et de gestion de projet  

Compétences linguistiques :
- Anglais : avancé  
- Français : courant  

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.  

Notre processus de sélection :
Toutes les candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur.  
Si votre candidature est validée, vous serez invité(e) à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre profil est présélectionné.  
Le manager et/ou tuteur organisera ensuite des entretiens avec les candidats retenus avant de faire son choix final.

An apprenticeship offer entitled ​ "ALT 2025 - Apprentice in Training & Skills Development for Customer Services Department (All Gender)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial at the Toulouse - Blagnac site.  

You will join a team of 15 people within the Academy & Transformation (SYT) department, responsible for supporting Customer Services employees in developing the skills of tomorrow.  

This apprenticeship will start in September 2025 for a duration of 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Contributing to innovation in skills development  
- Conducting research on aerospace industry trends and future skills needs  
- Supporting project management with our university partners  
- Developing and implementing action plans to address identified skill gaps  
- Contributing to the regular update of the Customer Services job, skills, and training catalog  

Skills & Requirements:  
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree Bac +4 or Bac +5 in Human Resources (HR) or Engineering, with a strong interest in Training and Development, looking for a 2-year apprenticeship.  

You have the following knowledge and skills:  
- Interest in training and skills development  
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills  
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities  
- Proficiency in digital tools and project management  

Language skills:  
- English: Advanced  
- French: Fluent  

Our selection process: 

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
