Job Description

Main Tasks:


  1. Project coordination & management:
  • Act as the bridge between project teams and IT Teams, ensuring smooth collaboration
  • Develop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirements
  • Identify and anticipate technical and operational risks related to AI connectivity
  • Provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects comply with Corporate and CIB AI governance frameworks
  1. POC Coordination & Governance:
  • Lead and coordinate AI POCs, working closely with business and technical teams
  • Ensure adherence to specific POC governance rules, including compliance, security, and IT validation
  • Contribute to define, with business, success criteria for POCs and oversee their evaluation for potential scaling
  1. Technical & Connectivity management:
  • Work closely with the AI architect solution and CIB Analytics teams to integrate AI solutions into the IT ecosystem
  • Define and oversee technical connectivity requirements (APIs, data flows, interoperability, etc.)
  • Ensure that architectures comply with the corporate IT standards
  • Coordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teams
  1. Collaboration & Team support:
  • Facilitate communication between business, IT and project teams
  • Support IT teams in developing expertise on AI topics and their technical implications
  • Ensure technology watch to stay updated on AI trend and IT innovations
  1. Administrative & Governance Compliance:
  • Oversee the administrative follow-up of AI projects, ensuring alignment with Governance frameworks
  • Guarantee compliance with corporate governance processes and CIB AI Governance policies
  • Prepare and present documentation, reports, and governance validation requests when needed

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within CIB2S IT
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA? Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture, APIs, and Data exchange protocols
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their implementation challenges
  • Experience with AI solution integration and / or data / analytics project management


Language Skills:

  •  English - 3 - Expert


Soft Skills:

  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is the project language)
