Job Description
The ADI Data Analyst is responsible for executing the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, as well as the Data Analytics for the Digital Enablement & Analytics Program. Other responsibilities include:

Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau software to analyze and present complex business data in a clear and insightful manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and subject matter experts, to understand data requirements, identify key performance indicators, and translate business needs into effective data visualizations.

Participate in data exploration, data cleaning, and data preparation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy before visualization.

Contribute to the creation and documentation of best practices, standards, and guidelines for data visualization and dashboard design within the organization.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify patterns and insights from data.

Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Familiarity with data modeling concepts and experience working with relational databases or data warehouses.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources.

Required experience in sourcing data from multiple data sources for building tableau visualizations

A high degree of computer literacy is required, including proficiency with spreadsheets.

A high level of curiosity and creative thinking is preferred
