Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Dev Team III for Insurance Carrier.
As an Agile Dev Team III, you:
Support All Lines rating - lower systems & production - root cause analysis and code fixes
Create and maintain rating algorithms to support rating functionality.
Design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality. Agile Dev Team Member III with primarily a development discipline: Codes instructions for computer programs/objects/components; configures packaged software. Provides input into the solution design and functionality of business applications. Reviews and validates application technical design of team members. Documents and implements programs according to standards and conventions. Analyzes and makes recommendations on the need for system backup, security, restart/recovery, balancing & controls and recommends approaches for meeting such needs. Analyzes and documents the requirements and approaches to data conversion and data modeling. Quality checks program code, related objects and documentation. Delivers working code each sprint. Demonstrates ability to read and write simple code. Modifies code in an existing file. Executes basic data creation tools and reads automation test results. Demonstrates understanding of the fundamentals of automation tools and framework.
Oral and written communication skills, team player, agile experience - Develops, documents, executes, and maintains test cases and test data. Reports status of test plan execution through defect logs and defect tracking system. Defines comprehensive test plans needed to achieve appropriate level of coverage. Provides guidance to others as needed. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Able to breakdown moderately complex issues to determine root cause and offer multiple viable solutions. Uses tools and data to reveal meaningful information, patterns or conclusions. Makes systematic comparison of two or more alternative solutions. Organizes and prioritizes the sequence of steps to be taken to remedy the situation.
